ALEXIT® BladeRep® Leading Edge Protection
Alexit Bladerep LEP is a durable leading edge protection coating designed to shield wind turbine blades and other aerodynamic surfaces from erosion caused by rain, sand, and other environmental factors. These high-performance, two-component polyurethane systems offers excellent flexibility, impact resistance, and long-term weather durability. They are easy to apply by brush or spray, cures to a smooth, resilient finish, and enhances the lifespan and efficiency of blades by maintaining their aerodynamic integrity under harsh operating conditions. LEP 9 has distinct elasticity and flexibility for long-term leading edge protection. LEP 10 is a one layer system and it is recommended to be applied with the 828-A LEP finish brush.
ALEXIT® BladeRep® Profile Filler 7B and 7R
ALEXIT® BladeRep® fillers are two- or three-component polyurethane products for efficient repairs of GRP rotor blades. The non-porous fillers cure into an easily sandable surface for subsequent products.Filler 3 is a consistent staple in the line. Filler 5 has a faster cure time and Filler 7R and 7B offers extended temperature ranges.
ALEXIT® BladeRep® Topcoat
ALEXIT® BladeRep® Topcoat 12 is designed specifically for coating blades where a superior product with chemical, UV, abrasion and mechanical resistance is required. This two-component polyurethane topcoat meets or exceeds OEM standards and provides applicators with the ideal product for blade repairs.
